SOURCE: Motorola H500 Wireless Headset Pairing Problem

If you turned it on and it was steady blue most likely you held the call button too long. The steady blue means it's ready to pair with a phone. Try repairing again and if you still don't hear anything, play with the volume buttons to the top and buttom of the headset the volume may be down. If that doesn't help I don't know what will.

SOURCE: H500 WON'T CHARGE

Motorola devices use proprietary USB cables on their chargers. There is a resister on the cable that has no purpose other than to let the phone/headset know it is a "Motorola Authorized" charger, which is a complete load of hogwash. A normal USB cable, hooked to any generic PC, will not charge them (says unauthorized charger on phones) UNLESS the Motorola driver is loaded on the PC, which magically makes the PC a Motorola Authorized USB charger.

Bottom line: use the Motorola USB charger that came with it, and then write a nice love note to Motorola saying how much you like their product's "feature".

SOURCE: Bluetooth doesn't fully charge?

simply check and if possible change the charger.
if the same problem persist try charging with a USB cord(which you have to connect to a PC)
please let me know of the outcome.

When I plug my Motorola H710 bluetooth in to charge the light only blinks red and when I use it it never seems to turn on?!

Here's the instructions for charging.
Plug the Motorola charger into the end of
the headset.
The indicator light turns red when the battery is charging. It may take up to 1 minute for the indicator light to turn on. When the headset's battery is fully charged (about 2hours), the indicator light turns green.

From your information, it may very well be that the battery should be replaced if the red light doesn't go off as it should.

Here's a link to the full instructions. I hope this helps.

I have a problem with my bluetooth H500

You need to full charge both units first before to try them again. YOU MUST KNOW ONE MAIN KEY HERE IS THE BLUETOOTH HEADSET MUST BE IN PAIRING MODE WHICH IS MEAN THAT THE LED MUST IN STANDING MODE NOT IN FLASHING MODE AND WHEN THE LED OF THE BLUETOOTH HEADSET IS IN STANDING MODE, BRING IT CLOSER TO YOUR PHONE AND BE SURE YOUR PHONE BLUETOOTH FEATURE IS ON AND BE RECOGNIZED FROM OTHER DEVICES. Try to restart carefully step by step each device as described above and then if you still can not get them pairing then either on eof them has Bluetooth function impaired. You need to have another Bluetooth Headset to test whether your phone Bluetooth function or the Headset has it. Good Luck
