Dont have owners manual. I hit factory reset and now I can here the movie just cant see it, I have it set up on colorstream. Also how do you get the close caption off. Thanks Keith

WPS means Wi-Fi Protected Setup it is asking for the Password for that network If you do not know the Password and are the owner then try a reset then be sure to set it up so that it is not accessible to the Public. To do a reset look for a small hole on the back of the unit and depress the reset button located within this hole for 10 seconds or more. If you are the owner and you did not set a password then is more than likely set by an outside user which you more than likely did not know about. But do not worry this is preventable by setting up the security after the reset. See owners manual for how to go about setting up security.
