How do you enter ln+ or- another number and ln/ a number ln+ or- ln

To calculate a natural logarithm (logarithm in base e) use the key marked [LN]
Usually you type in the number then press the LN key.
Before you proceed further try ln(4)=1.386294361, or ln(10)=2.302585093
If that works for you go on. However your expression is ambiguous. What is in the numerator and what is in the denominator. As interpreted by the calculator the two ln(7) are not part of the fraction, so they will cancel one another leaving -2ln(5)/ln(3)
With that calculator you will have to (ab)use parentheses to make sure that the arguments of the logarithms are the intended ones.
Here is the order of key presses

( 7ln -(5ln*2))/(3ln-7ln)
The result is 1.502382734

Using appropriate properties of logarithms, rewrite f(x)=2+3ln(1/x)

At first, y=2+3(ln1-lnx), logA/B=logA-logB

You have to know that ln1=0 because by the definition e^(0)=1

And finally y=2-3ln(x)

See the graph of this function on the image below

How do I find the log button or how do I use the calculator to calculate a log problem? i.e. (log (learning curve))/(log(2))

The natural log is the LN key, located just to the left of the 7 key.

To calculate the common log, use the relationship log(x) = ln(x)/ln(10).

To calculate the natural log of 3, press 3 LN

To calculate the common log of 3, press 3 LN / 1 0 LN =
