One Blink repeating. >>CPU not functional.
Two Blinks repeating.>> BIOS corrupted.

Common problem on 7610 and other nokia symbian. If nokia logo blink more than 3 times after power on the phone, that's a software problem, ( phone wont boot to its operating system ).
You can try to hard format the phone. Here the way , press ( *,3 ,and call ) buttons togeteher while you pressing power on key. Hold on about 15 seconds till nokia logo blinks 1 time, and formatting message appear on LCD screen.
If dont work, you must reflash ( reinstall ) the operating system using proper repair tool and software, many service shop in asia have this tool.
Do you have a lithium battery installed, open the lcd and you will see a gray cover. Take the cover off (pops off using your nail) and either the battery is not there or it is installed incorrectly.
Refresh rate may be set too high for LCD

ok u need to check ur wirin in the phone.......if the wirin is proper ....check ur battery condition.....and switch off ur cel phone for 5 mins and restart ....
First you english is fine .. i understand what are you trying to say well this happens when your mobile is infected ... if you have bluetooth in your mobile phone this happens because of virus it slows your mobile phone and courrpt the software so if you mobile is under warrenty claim it or try to look for how to format you mobile phone this will format everything in your mobile and your mobile will be just like new
if so how much it will cost
