Have you played with your camera, check settings if you have one it should be there, might not have one. Also if you did and now its gone try reset or back it up and factory reset, plug it in to your pc try an update

You should download apps from Google Play Store to your phone. You shouldn't attempt to put them on an SD card. The play store ensures only compatible apps are installed.

From off, press power on and volume+ together until reset page comes on, then move with volume and select with power!
