Push reset button located bottom of disposal? Use broom stick and rotate stuck cutter disk?

There is no service manual or installation manual on brief web search. However link above has manuals sinkmaster and other brands .

Splash guards are sold by brand name, but many brands simply repackage more famillar brands such as sinkmaster or insinkerator:
