My westinghouse VR-4625 won't turn on, the light change red to blue,still no picture on the screen, please help!

Try this....with the TV off put a hair dryer in the back lower fins of the TV and let it run on high for about 5 mins, shut the hair dryer off and see if the set comes on the way it should..If it does I'll tell you how to fix it, if it doesn't I've got some other ideas but want you to try this first

Check your user instructions.

The backlight controller board may be bad and/or the main board may be causing the backlights to turn off.

check your connections & cabling on the T-con PCB, if OK, may need to replace T-con pcb
