You should be able to go into you settings and find the factory reset there and before reseting it check to see if there is a back up and restore box if there is click it so when you turn the tablet back on you should be able to restore all of your apps and music content back.

You are as old as you let your mind be.

Android box is steying on logo

Hold the power button down for about 20 seconds to hard reset the device. If it still only comes back to the logo you will probably need to factory reset the tablet. Consult your device documentation for instructions on a factory reset or google Factory Reset <Device Name>

How do i reset my asus transformer tablet tf101 i have a blank screen will not turn on

Perform a soft or hard reset on your Asus Eee Pad Transformer Android tablet if it is not functioning correctly. Here's how.

Soft Reset

You would want to soft reset the device in the event that it has become frozen or unresponsive. To do so, press and hold the Power button on the top-left side of the device for about 10 seconds until the device powers off.

Hard Reset

A hard reset (also known as a factory reset) will clear all data and settings from the memory of the device and set it back to factory default settings. You can perform hard reset on the Asus Eee Pad using the Android OS menus or the hardware buttons.
Method 1 1. Power the Eee Pad off.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down button on the left side of the device, then press and hold the Power button.
3. Continue to hold both buttons until a bootloader screen appears.
4. Wait for the prompt that says to "Press <VOL_UP>" then press the Volume Up button to start the process.
The Asus Eee Pad will complete the hard reset process and reboot into a factory default state.
Method 2 1. Open the Settings app.
2. Select Privacy.
3. Choose Factory data reset.
4. Select Erase tablet.
5. Select Erase everything.

The touch pad on my 10.1 inch asus memo pad doesn't work

Hoe long have you had this tablet? The fix may not be one that can be repaired without opening the case. But I would try a factory reset first.

With this problem, you will need to contact Asus.

I forgot password on my RCA tablet. How can i reset it? I need a hard reset, how do I do that?

While it's turned off you hold the volume up and power buttons. Then when the android appears release the buttons. Hold the power button and press volume up. Navigate with the volume keys and select factory data reset. Hopefully this isn't the method you'd already tried.

I want to clean my eepad prior or giving to my granddaughter

The way to Hard Reset ASUS Eee Pad Transformer TF101-A1 to Full Factory Reset: For those who have any troubles with your ASUS Eee Pad Transformer, use the 10-12 sec force power off trick to attempt a fix. If that doesn't help, backup whatever you want to keep and perform a full factory reset.
Some times you will discover error when asus transformer hard reset, like not responding to your device or your gadget not responsible. Don't be worry, simply just restart this and wait a minute. I think's it's side-effects of hard reset ASUS Eee Pad Transformer TF101-A1.

extract the zip file to your computer

Now your ready to flash the firmware

1. Power off your tablet with the switch
2. Turn the power switch Back the the on Position
3. Press & hold Side Button with the home picture also called the back/esc key
4. While holding, connect PC and tablet with USB cable (if tablet boot normally, try again)
5. Install the driver for your computer included in the RKtools Folder
6. Tablet should be recognized as "RK281X Device" in Windows
7. Start RKAndroidBatchUpgrade from rktools folder
8. In the bottom of the batch RKAndroidBatchUpgrade programme there should be a green light in the device upgrade area. * if there is no light in the upgrade area and all the numbers are grey then repeat the previous steps
