WHEN I GO TO PRINT IS SAYS "ERROR PLEASE CHECK CONSOLE"
This is just a shot in the dark, but if there is no "reset" button, you might try unplugging it for a couple of minutes and it should reset itself to factory default settings. You will loose any settings and any work in progress. Just a guess. If you have an owner's manual, I would check there to find what the error code means. You also might want to enter the "menu" if there is one, and discover whether you can solve the problem there. If you don't have an owner's manual, you might be able to find one at the printer manufacturer's website in the support section. Good luck.
