I bought this washer used and the first time I tried to wash clothes it filled with water then agitated only a few minutes. It will stop on its own and sometimes start agitating again for a few minutes, but most of the time it does nothing. Eventually, it drained the water and went into spin cycle, but this was the next day. Any ideas? I have heard a lot about the lid switch problems and removed mine, but it seems ok. The paddle is intact and nothing major seems wrong with it.
Almost sounds like a timer or timer motor problem. Could also be a loose wiring harness around the timer. When you said it when into spin, but the next day, did the timer move at all during the "break". Usually, a lid switch will give off that "tell-tale" clicking sound when lifting the lid. See if it makes this noise, but it really doesnt sound like a lid switch issue. Really sounds like a dead spot, or spots, in the timer. Let me know. Jim
Some1 , (my uncle) thinks that the problem, which we have right now, has something to do with the cellinoid
My washer won't work after we moved it into a new house, and I found a fuse in the floor beside it but couldnt find anywhere it would go. Is the fuse from the washer?
Thank you.I had the same proublem!

water won't drain completely after wash cycle.
The washer will go through the wash cycle but when it should go to the drain/spin cycle to remove the dirty water is clicks and then sits there. I've tried turning the handle to a different drain/spin cycle but that doesn't work either. Any ideas...
