It probably means that the high voltage driver board is blown. You'll have to take it to a service center for repair.

You have a bad LASER UNIT, cannot be fixed, no parts available

You have a bad laser unit that can't be replaced.

It's gone forever, once your machine received a EOT (end of transmission signal), your fax machine thinks it was received OK and clears it from memory.

Bad laser unit, uneconomical to repair.

Fuser is dead...Definitely not worth fixing.

If you can get to the laser, it's a black box usually, you can oil the mirror shaft.

You have a bad printhead unit(laser unit) only if the problem persist. The polygon mirror is not rotating within a specific amount of time.

Most likely you need to carefully go through the paper path and look for the locations of all the paper path sensors.
You probably have one stuck on the frame or a spring came off the flag and its not actuating properly.
Follow the paper path carefully from the feed rolls out to the exit. I am sure you will find a sensor not operating properly.
Actuate every one and make sure they have no resistance and that they return to the proper position.
