This problem happens because of long time no using/ Dust or Lens guide pin damaged. If the lens guide pin damage then there is no chance for repairing . Only solution is replacing the lens. For the solution you need to follow the steps.1. Turn off the camera and remove the memory card and clean the external body of the camera and make sure in place of the lens there is no dust or damaged sign.2. Now turn on the camera without memory card & make sure the battery are fully charged.3. If the lens not moving then give a little shake or thrust by hand ( carefully very slow) and then wait for a moment. If no changes then turn on the camera and give a little twist an anti clock side and leave for few second. It is risky ( Do it slowly at your own risk)4. If nothing change then reset the camera setting from the menu option. After following all steps, if the camera does not start working then you need to visit service center for replacing the Lens or Repairing. But before repairing ask service center the approx cost. if they told you to replacing the lens then do not do that. Because a new lens & service charge cost you near about a new camera price. So best is buy a new camera. If you have any more questions ask me I fell happy to answer your question. Thank you.

I see your dilemma on your camera, if the lens shows an error then most likely the lens may have been damaged or a part of the lense maybe broken due to droppage and one reason it is giving an error.
The only way to find out is to have it checked out/service to have the Lens either repaired replaced or probably put back into place.
Calling the manufacturer is the best thing you can do right now since they would know what can be the reason for the Error or what part needs to be repaired on the issue.
most manufacturers have retails stores or satellite repair center all over you just need to ask them where and which one is closest to your location.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune, but you may find that if you do find a repair center, the cost of repair may approach (or actually exceed) the current value of your camera. If you can't find a repair center with reasonable cost, here are some last resort troubleshooting steps that you can try that may correct your problem. They only seem to work for less than 40% of the lens errors, but if the camera is out of warranty (or repair cost approaches that of the camera), they're worth that try.
Your camera lens is already misaligned, so that Lens Error occur, it will not disappear unless the lens is disassemble, aligned the mechanism of lens ( the proper synchronication of mechanical parts) and assemble. If you cannot do it, send it to the your nearest camera service center, call them first if they can accept repair on your Nikon Coolpix S210, how much, if repaired how many months will be the warranty. I hope my advice help you.
The problem is that the lens has become stuck in the barrel
after dropping it. There are some DIY solutions you could try, but the
probability is that you will have to get it fixed by a professional.
Use
these at own risk as it may further damage the camera.
Firstly ,
try connecting your ac adapter or usb cable.
Try holding the
shutter button while switching on the camera.
Look at the lens ,
and if some of the lens 'circles' is misaligned or not concentric then
try wiggling it (while holding camera lens down).
Try gently
pushing or pulling the lens when it extends but this is risky as it may
cause the lens barrel to slip out of its guidance system.
Another
way to do this is to place the camera lens down on a hard surface and
then power it up. Be sure to use a soft cloth or something similar as to
not scratch your lens or casing. Let the lens push the camera up and
down a few times and sometimes the little resistance provided by the
camera is enough to get things going again.
Try hitting your
camera near the lens on the body with the soft tissue on the palm of
your hand.
Other than that , I would take the camera to a repair
center for a evaluation to see if it would cost more to repair than to
replace the camera.
If it is still under warranty I would suggest
you take it in before trying any of these steps and remove any
off-brand batteries or accessories as some stores are really fussy about
warranty repairs on camera's with non-brand accessories.
That's because the internal focus servomotors are out of place and can't turn the focus ring. I'm sorry but these components are located inside the lens assembly and this is not by any means an user serviceable part. It's composed of tiny servomotors, small coils and plastic parts that can get out of possition or decalibrated if the lens assembly gets opened.
A thing to try would be to hold the camera with it's lens barrel opened in one hand and hit it (gently yet still firmly) against the other hand. There are some small chances that this will bring the internal focus ring to it's former alligment. Other then this, only a service center can fix the camera, but it could turn out to be an expensive repair.
I'm sorry for having to bring the bad news. Bogdan
I have Casio Exim Model, My friend gave me Last month as gift When he came from USA but some has put it down on floor. It creates lens problem. I don't have bill of camera. So what is solution for this problem? can any authorized dealer repair camera, If yes than give me nearest dealer contact.
It is not likely that camera drop damage will be covered under warranty.
But it never hurts to ask.
Regardless, you will need to contact Pentax about repairs.
Repair location information should be in the documentation that came with the camera.
Their website shows service centers:

Camera drops are not uncommon.
Sorry to hear yours was damaged.
