The waste toner container is located inside the drum unit.This code means the drum unit is full. To empty there are two caps that can be opened and the waste toner can be emptied. Usually the waste gets full when the unit is very close to be replaced. You may be able to get some more time if you empty it, but you will probably need to replace the unit soon.

That is a problem with the pre heater.
The machine is not detecting any power draw from it.
I would suspect the machine pre heater.
The electronics module is the second option.
The print head is another. But I honestly don't see why they list it as an issue since the pre
heater is not a part of the print head.
