How do i know if battery is charged i just bought it today do i need to charge before it comes on
Most electronic products I purchased need to be charged before use. The only exception I see is some dealers pre-charge phones and tablets for a short while to perform tests, demos and programming. If your user manual suggests to charge before use, you should.
