If you print from MS-WORD, the problem is not the printer. Check if you have defined the print area -> 1. Select the area to be printed. Two. design you page 3. And as you set print area. 4. Prints.

please do the following check if the printer is on and is blinking green will printing if its blinking red then it means there is a problem,if its green and its not printing the following might be the problem

Well, there could be a couple of things that can go wrong here. Usually firmware updates or re-installing drivers resolve the problem, but there is no firmware update for this model and i'm assuming you've tried the driver and other excel files work fine then that leads to a few other possibilities. First, is the file located on your hard drive? (if not, save it to the desktop, open it from there and try to print). Second, Have you tried to reboot your computer and printer? Try those first.

SOLUTION: Lift the top cover of the LaserJet (where the printed paper would come out) and close it again. This resets the printer. Now the printer should feed and print again.
hi....this problem due to your formater card upgrade the firmwere of your printer by taking the test page you will be find there current firmwere verson then go to hp web site & find the upgrade firmwere there & install.it is the known issue of this printer if problem persists pls contact hp
To clear all pending job In run window type services.msc and the go to print spooler option just stop and restart the service. And switch off and switch on the printer. Hope this helps. Please rate my response. Thanks. Have a good day.
Does it show "Printing" or "Spooling" in the job queue window?
Open the Job queue window, then highlight and cancel the print job. Send a small print job to the printer and make sure that the PC and the printer are communicating.
If the failure re-occurs, then clear the queue again and close it and restart i=the queue.
Go to start - Settings - Control Panel - Printers
Double click on your printer. A new window will come, there are the printing jobs. To cancel a print job, right click on it and click to delete. To work faster, you have to turn off your printer.
