Julie, you obviously didn't get the question. OP, when the cart is back in, have you tried holding the reset button(looks like a red triangle in a circle iirc) for 10-15 seconds? The amber light should flash during this time. Failing that, turn printer off, hold down reset button, then hold down power button til you hear beep, then release power button, then reset button. Press reset 3 times, then power to store. HiH.
