it is problem your printer driver or oparating system is corupt by virus please install again or
setup add printer then if you are saw a new hardware detect then select devise driver
There are two sets of drivers for this printer for both XP and Vista, a standard driver and a x64 bit version. You may want to download each one and install and test consecutively to ensure you have not just installed the incorrect driver as when you moved computers, you will need to have installed the driver again.
