Water is collecting in the front platic rings or bellows of the washer and does not drain out. This is causing black mold or something. I have tried to clean it. how can I get it so the water does not collect in the ring?
Most washer door seals when fitted correctly have drain holes at the bottom that allow water to drain from the rings as you call them, this may not be one of those seals and the problem is annoying but there really is no actual cure as such apart from wiping it out after each wash to check if the door seal does have drain holes but is fitted wrong, look round the inner lip closest to the spinning drum to see if there are any holes, maybe higher up or near the top, if there are then it may be possible the seal was fitted wrong (if its not the factory original) the cure then is to replace the door seal and fit correctly some door seals have a large drain hole that is at the bottom that goes into the bottom of the drum (you can't see the pipe normally) this hole maybe blocked if thats the case try prodding it clear with something that wont damage the rubber (use common sense here) hope i have been of some help
