Reformat my samsung v20 back to factory conditions

I checked previous solutions provided here for this fault and found the following

Please read all the way through first.

Some computers have a hidden recovery partition when they are set up. When the computer starts to boot up, at the acer splash screen pressing the alt and F10 keys should bring up the Factory Restore screen.

As long as the hidden partition hasn't been removed/deleted this should do it for you

Do a system factory restore, go makers website, find FAQ, find how to do a Factory restore. Follow instructions. PC will go back, to like new. But will loose some things..

you can try pressing fn+f10 to switch on and switch off wireless

You can restore to Factory Settings using BIOS
While booting the system you need to press F10 (or) F2 (or) F5
Its depends upon the bios model

try and remove the CD or DVD Drive.
you will notice some holes at the back of the laptop inline with where the CD drive is.
Look through the holes and you will see some screws.
Unsrew them.

You should install the driver enclosed in to your laptop/pc provided by the vendor. however you have no CD/DVD disc utilities u can download the driver here: http://www.samsung.com/hk_en/support/download/supportDownMain.do
