Boy, that's pretty limited information to go on. I am going to assume you have checked the obvious - it's plugged in and the cord is seated well. Power to the outlet, etc.
If so, then there could be a myriad of things causing no trace, all the way down to something as simple as the brightness turned all the way off. Do you get ANYTHING in ANY MODE? Anything at first startup? Of is it just not a trace that you are seeing? [It's a nice little scope.]
Do the LEDs on the front at least show you anything? If not, then it is most likely a power problem. There is a fuse between the power cord and the power supply - that's the first place to start.
If the fuse is good, and still no lights, then just start working your way along the troubleshooting trail. You need to add to that what you already know? Was it working recently? Did it get damaged mechanically (dropped down stairs)? Was it in good shape or did you find it in a dumpster?
There is a good Tek manual on the thing, complete with schematics and parts list, as well as troubleshooting guide. I think you can still download it for free from Tek. [If you don't see the correct one, any of the 2445 series manuals will be useful.] If you can't find it anymore, then I think I still have a copy.
