28212 error has come up. looked on you tube where it said hold up and down button but that doesn't bring up the sp mode. Also my printer doesn't say job rest and form feed on it! How can i get onto sp mode?!?
Use a web browser and type in IP address at top and problem will be displayed

I may have a solution for your printer have you tryed to uninstall and re- install your printer drivers in most cases this does the job.

Try loading letter size paper in tray1 .. Open the front door and the assembly attached to the front door is the transfer roller ASM. mybe you knocked it out of position ..There are green plastic clips that allow someone to the transfer roller unit so its easy to mess up good luck

Check your user manual for resetting the printer to factory default settings.
If that doesn't work, unplug your printer from the computer and uninstall your software through Add/Remove Hardware. Shut down your computer and reboot. Reinstall your printer software, following the instructions carefully.
This should clear up your problem.
