How do I reset my admin password (I forgot mine and it's locked) on my Floureon dvr mod.a6908msms

Well it says this

How do I reset my Floureon DVR password?
How do I reset my password on my Floureon DVR? For 5 seconds, press and hold the "PTZ" button on the left. The device could then be reset to factory defaults, with the username "admin" and password "4321." And let me know how that goes for you.

Floureon password

Please be aware that all FLOUREON DVR accounts have the username 'admin' as the default setting. This setting has no password. You do not need to input a password when you first time log in it. Can not enter pass word as admin or password after 3attempts just beeps do not know what pass word trying to format DVR this is for floureon h264 this happens in all the menu password settings thanks

You need to contact support for a password reset. I never heard of this manufacturer and I am in the business. But their website is http://www.floureon.com/home-security-surveillance-e_1/. Usually they can offer reset options once they confirm you own the DVR.

Password lockout: How can I factory reset a Floureon H.264 DVR CCTV system?

Personally I'd throw it in the trash and buy a real dvr by a real company. Typically you must send it back to the manufacturer and they will reset it. The cost of doing that isn't worth it. That is a generic dvr from china that I can buy for $59 from my supplier. He buys them for $29. That's without a hard drive.

Reset kguard password

this will get you through the front door Please try this temporary password 519070 to login this will let you get to the admin pass word page so that you can change it i found it on cctv.com page but it takes 7 trys to load the cctv page so im going to post it here for safe keeping

It's admin and no password

I have try use no password and its come with message password is Null, so i am guesing i do something wrong, is there any metod to log on ? need to get on my recorder to set new lan password as i have forgot mine and can't use on my iphone :/

Default is admin and no password. If that’s been altered from default then your not in luck

You should have a unique username and password . Not default .

You cannot enter MENU by forgotten password.
- If you forget the password, you shall reset SHR-2160/2162/2080/2082 DVR to
the values set at the factory. Keep pressing both the "MODE" button and the
"PTZ" button on the left for 5 seconds, Keep pressing both the "MODE" button
and the "PTZ" button on the left for 5 seconds. The password default is "4321".

c:\windows\dvr2 i think is the file that saves the password
