I am able to print the quarterly tax form 941 but unable to print anything else in quickbooks, including estimates, checks, reports, reconciliations, etc. Any idea what I need to do?
I mostly use PDFfiller to fill out my tax form. Its not the same thing, but maybe someone needs it. This site also has some tutorials on how to fill it out and a tons of fillable tax forms that you might find useful. Here is a link to the blank IRS form 941 that I was able to fill out.
Open QuickBooks and go to file at the top left of the screen. Click on it. This will give you a drop down list. Choose "printer set up". This will give you a list of forms. Choose the name of the form you want to be able to print while in QuickBooks and this will take you to an area to choose your default printer. Click the arrow next to the name of the printer you want to use to print your forms and then save and close the window.
