Hi Guysm I tried to perform priming, a little water comes out, not the steady stream as per manual and nothing else. Machine is descaled, for couple of days, just leaving the machine with blinking red light for about 20 minutes would fix the problem. But today it won`t stop flashing at all. What else can I do?

Ok first check if the machine is in greenlight state when you press and hold the water button, as it will not work when the red exclamation mark blinking.
also check if the button work at all flipping back and forth to hot water and steam.
I have never had this problem that it dident work.
But remember this, you dont have to do the descaling again as that has nothing to do with the reset.
You can even reset the descaling alarm with out having done the descaling.
If that for some reason wouldent work I would think its the CPU card is not working.

The flashing indicator light means something needs to be refilled or emptied.

Try this remove the brew unit and clean the screen on the unit, then insert unit, and open steam/hot water valve to prime. If that does not work then there might be a malfunction with the pump, I am assuming that the machine is only 2 weeks old?

Open the steam valve and make sure the selector is set to hot water.

The problem is with the flow meter which is a turbine unit that is installed before the pump.Either there is a blockage or the unit is bad.Have to open the machine to get into it.
