Cannot set the date on the casio tachymeter

Hi,
it is a complicated issue and you need to look at the user manual.
just write the code on the back side and click searched on the URL below which you can also
download a soft version of the user manual .

hi nothing of the function is responding in the watch and the word (op en)n in the place of the date

you should pull the big button fully out, then by pushing the tachymeter play/pause you can set the starting point

It isn't a fault and can be adjusted. Follow this link and find out how to.... http://www.invictawatch.com/ Point at COLLECTIONS and click on INSTRUCTION MANUAL. If you don't know which one of movement makes you have, try both (RONDA first, then MIYOTA). When sorted with type of movement, check how to reset chronograph to 0 (zero).

This is chronometer that's need reset. Tachymeter is usually located on bezel or inclined ring and is used for speed calculations of moving object over the given period of time. Ok, back to your chrono hand resetting. Pull out crown and then push the upper button and hold it. The chrono hand should start move and you should be able to adjust it. If this doesn't work, try the same with lower button. When adjusted - push the crown back in. In fact there are very many variations how to reset chrono hand, but exact advise can be given if the movement caliber of particular watch is known.
