No, you'll have to have a new sim card sent to you. Just call boost, and let them know that you lost it, and they'll send you a new one... shouldn't take but 2 or 3 days. They might not even charge for it.
go to device manager in your phone system select factory reset BE WARNED using this will remove all your saved files including photos you must back up any files you wish to keep (accounts passwords) etc. you can back up files to a memory card remove card then proceed to factory reset this will return your device to its original state from when new
If you can get to the settings menu, reset phone to Factory settings and uninstall Mobile Boost software as it does not really work, that is if the Factory settings does not remove this program automatically. Never use 3rd party software unless your mobile has been "ROOTED" and you know what you are doing.

Yes it should if the LG mobile phone is unlocked. If not, when you insert the Boost SIM card in the LG it will ask for a Secutity Code.
