It depends with which digital receiver you own. If it is a free to air then you will need a firmware to unscramble https://surpex.ecwid.com But if it is subscription receiver then contact your service provider or use the software above at your own risk. https://surpex.ecwid.com/

I've a NORDMENDE digital TV Receiver box, model NM7100M4. 60% of the channels are "scrambled". Is there a way to unscramble these channels, they show a key beside each scrambled channel.

Unscramble channels

Fault with main board. Damaged component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ . In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced.

My rca tv has unusable signal onit

Hi, Check the cable connections to and from the TV.
Change the channels to see if there are others that are out.
If you are not using any cable company then you will still need a set top box to unscramble the digital signal. Good luck.
