The Toshiba CT-90325 full-function or Universal remote control to operate varios devices and you can program the remote control to operate most of the popular brands of audio/video equipment like a TV, a DVD player (or VCR), or a Network satellite receiver.
The remote control for this model is no longer available through Toshiba. You can operate the set but will not be able to use the picture size features. You should be able to work the main functions and also access the picture and audio on- screen adjustments. If you find a vendor that happens to have miscellaneous remotes, the remote number is CT90164.

try unplugging the tv and allow the tv to remain unplugged for a least 5 minutes. This will force a reset on the tv which should resolve your remote issues.
