Can't print on A7 size envelope using Bizhub C253/ C203. The envelope keeps jamming up. I have tried using Auto Size select for the bypass tray and the closet setting already found on the printer, B6. Neither works. I have also tried to adjust the setting on word to match the setting on the printer. I am working on a Mac. Help?
Does A7 show up on the as a option on the manual bypass does it show up in your printer properties??? if not measure the envelope and tell the copier with and length try that option

We are using standard size envelopes and the default used to be drawer one. Now if we have envelopes in the manual feed it wants to pull from there no matter what we select.

Chances are your print drivers haven't fully recognized the configuration on your copier/printer.
Click on 'Start', then 'Printers and Faxes' (I'm assuming you're using XP), then find the icon for the bizhub printer. Highlight it, then right-click over it and choose 'properties' at the bottom of the list.
In the window that pops up go to 'printer preferences' and it should launch another pop-up window. Look within the tabs that appear for a button that says 'auto detect' or 'auto configuration' and click on that. Then hit 'apply' at the bottom of the window.
This will allow the print drivers to fully recognize the configuration of your copier/printer, and you should then be able to use the bypass tray. Make sure the paper in the tray matches the paper you're choosing in the print job.
