Cannot login i have tried to login but i have forgotten my password both in facebook and my email.

This is such a common problem that most email suppliers have a Home webpage with a tab 'Forgotten Password?' on it, and that includes Facebook. When you try to login, again there is often a Box 'Forgotten Password?' that you can tick.
That usually leads to you giving ID to prove you are who you are and then creating a new password.
Try one of these.

In your browser type, login facebook, in the drop down window type your email address, and click on forgotten password, facebook will email instructions on how to reset a new password. The old password is lost for ever.

If you are being blocked or cannot access your account then it is likely that you are not entering the login details that Facebook is expecting, whether they have been satisfactory in the past or not, or you've just forgotten the password.
You could try this, go to the login page here:,

just under where you input your password you can click on "forgotten password". This takes you to a page where it says "find my account" where you can enter "Email, Phone, Username or Full Name". Try entering one of these (My email gave the best result for me) and follow through the instructions to reset your password so that you can access your account.

This sounds like it could be a problem with either your username or password. The username will be your registered email address (the one you used when you registered your facebook account) so make sure you enter that as your username. As for the password, by clicking 'Forgotten password' on the Facebook login page, you will receive a password reset email from Facebook. Click the link in the email and you will be able to reset your password. This should solve the problem.

Go to the login page and click 'Forgotten account'. Facebook will send you a password reset email containing a link. Click the link and you will be able to set a new password for your Facebook account. It should take no more than 5 minutes.

     If a user has forgotten the email address used for their Facebook account, Facebook suggests the following options for email address recovery: Try to log in with a username if one was registered, try to log in using a mobile phone number if one is linked to the account, try locating the account on the "Password Reset" page, or ask a Facebook friend to view the account and find the email address listed on the profile. If none of these options work, Facebook suggests using any option on the "Recover Your Account" page.
     
   Cache Or Cookies Problems
   • Facebook users who are unable to log in may be having a cache or cookies problem. To fix these type issues, users should clear the cache and cookies on the computer or mobile device, enter "m.facebook.com" as a URL rather than using previously established bookmarks or links, then log in as usual.
     
   Account Disabled by Facebook
   • Facebook seeks to keep its site populated with real people, rather than fake profiles. As Facebook states, "Since accounts that impersonate anyone or anything can damage the integrity of this environment, Facebook doesn't allow fake profiles for celebrities, pets, ideas or inanimate objects." If your profile is deemed to be a potential fake profile, the account may be disabled by Facebook. When this occurs, the user will get a message upon attempted login that provides a link to the "Confirm Your Identity" page. This page provides possible reasons that the account may have been disabled. In some cases, it is due to the user not confirming an identity via a phone number.
