How do i get my apps to finish downloading i have a good wifi connection

Tablet out of space or not connected to WIFI Trt deleting things you don't need. Also add a SD memory card if you can. Delete unused APPs. Then Power down completely and restart.
Some tablets want to be on WIFI to download APPs

You can download ebooks to your tablet for reading offline. But the data rates for downloading the books still apply unless connected to wifi. Free Wifi is available at most fast food stores, libraries, and hotels. You can use these places to connect and download ebooks then read them at home.
It is also a good idea to turn on airplane mode whenever you do not want your device to use data as other applications (System updates, facebook, amazon apps, etc) will also use data even when they are not open on your screen, many will continue to run in the background.

First make sure you have a good internet connection, WiFi or Ethernet.
Access play from your application list. If on do not have it download from Google.com.
When in Play select what you want to download and select, install, you should then be asked if you agree to access of your tablet, agree. It will then download the app and it will apper in your apps list after a short time.

Have you checked and made sure your Wifi is connected and you have a good connection? If you see your wifi is connected, one way to check if you have a good connection is by running speedtest.net app (can be downloaded from app store). With it, you can determine your current download/upload speed. If you barely have connection, it'll show a very low speed and thus why you get that 'bad connection" issue. Hope this helps

Depending on your iOS version, you will/will not have the option to delete it. Just let it finish downloading and then remove it. If it is not downloading, try restarting your device. Alternately, you could try a computer sync and see if it changes anything.

You should be able to download just like any other app
either from the cpu then sync it over or download from wifi on the ipad directly. I provided the link if you click on it it will take you to the apps store
