this is a laser unit problem.check laser connections clean the laser unit.

sc326 is a laser synchronization error. The problem is usually caused by the laser sync detection board or the LD unit.

SC322: Laser Synchronization Error

The laser synchronization signal cannot be detected from the synchronization
detector even if the laser diodes are activated.
Possible Causes
• Poor connection between the laser synchronization detector and the LDB
• Laser synchronization detector out of position
• Laser synchronization detector defective
• LDB defective
• SICU defective
• Front door safety switches defective

Error Code SC322:
1st laser synchronization error

The 1st laser synchronization signal cannot be detected by the main scan synchronization detector board even if the laser diodes are activated.

Possible Causes:
+ Poor I/F harness connection between the laser synchronization detector board and the LD unit.
+ Laser synchronization detector board out of position and angle of reflection not correct
+ Laser synchronization detector board defective LD unit defective

Not sure what your expertise is on this, but unless you know how to service the machine yourself, this one is going to require a service call...

There have been instances where toner drops onto the LD Unit and creates problems like this. About a month ago I replaced the Laser Synch. Detector Board in a 1045 for this exact problem and error code.

I'd start by cleaning up any toner on the LD unit, and re-seating all the electrical connectors on the laser unit. If that doesn't clear things up, it's probably one of two things, the LD Unit or the Synch. Board. I'd lean more towards the Synch. Board myself, but you never know...

sc 121 is related to optics section of your machine.check the lamp is glowing .if so check the connection from optics to main board.

LD unit, or BICU board....Do LD pitch adjustment -both 400 and 600dpi

Never heard of this happening to five machines before.  Check the connections in the laser unit.

SC 322 is a laser diode problem. It will require service.
