Somehow i have turned the silent mode off on my phone, and i have tried everthing to activate the silent mode back on and it doesn't work. can anybody please help me.

Go into settings on menu, go to ringers and volume control and make sure that the settings are all on. If that does not work than I would try calling your service provider. Good luck!

Hi! Some phones have a double function for the "#" button. Press and hold this button "#" and the silent mode will turn off/on.

Hold down the pound key (#) until it goes away.

just press and hold the pound button for 5 seconds you will see that it will be deactivated.

press and hold the * key

Press Down & hold the "#" key for few seconds. it will do the trick

i just called tech support..hold the # key to turn silent mode on and off

PUSH BUTTON ON LOWER RIGHT HAND CORNER OUNCE.
PUSCH SPEAKER BUTTON ON LEFT HAND UPPER CORNER FOF MORE THAN 2 SECONDS

hi, have you tried enter setup then profile then select general this should then set your phone back to normal if not then instead of going to general go to silent and change the settings under the silent profile, like turn ringtone on and select ringtone.
Try the first option first as this is quick and easy failing than then just change the settings under the silent profile then you can even change the name from silent to general then you can change one of the other profiles to silent so try it then get back to me if you need further assistance ok

To Enter/Exit Silent Mode

• In standby mode, press and hold # key. Entering Silent Mode briefly appears in the display and your phone returns to standby mode.
