When I turn my MP3 player on all I get is the blue start screen. No matter what button I push nothing happens. I can't hear anything (but the speaker was set to off last time I played it). I tried hooking it up to my computer but the device isn't registering at all. What can I do? (It was working fine yesterday and nothing unusual has happened to it) Thanks!

so am trying this (below) that I found on their site...
Go to the "My Computer" section of your computer. In there you will find a section called "devices with removable storage"
Locate the drive created by the unit, generally just called Removable Disk, with a letter in Parenthesis. Drive letters vary depending on your system configuration
Open the drive by either double left clicking on the drive itself, or by right clicking, and left clicking on the open option on the menu
Locate the music stored on your computer. Generally this is stored in the "My Music" folder of your computer. NOTE: if you are unable to locate the music on your computer, click on start, search, files and folders, then search for *.MP3, *.WMA
Once you have located the song files, you can right click on the song itself, and select "copy". Open the removable disk drive, right click on in the empty space, and select Paste. This will transfer the song on to your MP3 player
Repeat step 7 for as many songs as you want to copy on to the unit.
No, tmarie4, go to settings of the player and select play mode and select normal, its probably on preview mode. that should fix the problem
I dont know how to fix it but u can stop the blue light from blinking by reseting it
(just press the menu and volume button altogether)

Please fully charge for at least six hours off the wall receptacle not your computer and even when it displays that it is fully charged..Do this at least once for the very first time you get the device. after the initial charge you can use the computer usb..If you have a usb adapter or hub or do not have a dedicated usb port that you only have used for your one player device..You must restart the spooler for it to be used on windows media player library..Otherwise just drag from removable disk to the music folder on your computer..
