Kyocera fs-4020dn; Error code 6000

My Kyocera Ecosys FS-4020DN printer gave the 'call for service' with the 6000 error code. I read the description of the problem, it sounds as is decribed, that the issue is with the Fuser itself. I replaced the fuser, still the error code remains. I also checked the connector for continuity from the front of the connector to where the wires seem to end and all was good. What to check next?!? Is the PWB defective? how can I check?

I have turned off, unplugged, left it over night. Nothing. If it was the fuse inside the Fuser unit, wouldnt replacing the Fuser have solved the issue?

Be sure to power down and disconnect the power first.
A fuse it is blown within the fuser unit - replace that fuse or call a technician to do it for you.

You don't have to replace the fuser. You can fix it by taking the fuser apart & repairing the thermostat. This is located under the fuser roller. Take the thermostat apart & bend the metal plate on top just a little, then put everything back together. This works prefectly & will save you money. The heat from the roller makes the metal on the thermostat bend & releases the contact on the inside.
