Im afraid new Nokia handsets can not be reset like this for free using the IMEI number...
You can try a normal mobile phone shop, they should be able to reset the code for you... Tools like the Jaf box and other flashers can reset the security code, however I cant remember if they work on BB5+ best to just try calling a few, shouldnt cost more than £10 as they arent unlocking the phone, just resetting the security code
