It sounds as thought the lower light strip has malfunctioned & blown the red/blue LED lights leaving only the green bulb functioning, I would ring the makers repair team for a repair if it's under warrentee or a repair quote, if warrentee has expired, from my personal experience showed me that a new TV is cheaper. I hope this helps.....

sounds like you need to have the two convergence IC's replaced. These are soldered on the main board. Good Luck

thats a common problem with all projection tvs. You will need to replace both convergence Ics and 4 resistors. You will need two STK392-120 Convergence ICs and four 6.8 ohm 1watt resistors. You can get replacement parts at the following link and they provide free instalation instructions so you can do the repair yourself. heres the link.

Dptv335 model number#60pp9363H/17SAM Mode Green Convergence

Your Green CRT is getting Mold in the glycol. This will get worse. You need to drain the glycol out of the crt and clean, then apply new glycol to the crt. You should do the blue one also, because it will go next. The Red can can be left alone.

You have a convergence problem. Here are some of the most common symptoms.

Screen looks 3D
One or more colors can't be adjusted when using the convergence menu.
Screen is bowed in but stationary.

Solution:
You need to replace the convergence chips and convergence resistors. Check the site www.TvRepairKits.com. They have put together a kit for your exact model. The kit includes a photo instruction guide, original Sanyo STK chips, convergence resistors, etc. Everything you need to fix it yourself.

Hope this helps,
Ed
