It sounds as thought the lower light strip has malfunctioned & blown the red/blue LED lights leaving only the green bulb functioning, I would ring the makers repair team for a repair if it's under warrentee or a repair quote, if warrentee has expired, from my personal experience showed me that a new TV is cheaper. sounds like you need to have the two convergence IC's replaced. These are soldered on the main board. Good Luck

ok you have to open the tv intill you see the 3 bulbs and the big mirror
the around each bulb is a wheel u have to turn that for the pic and focus

thats a common problem with all projection tvs. You will need to replace both convergence Ics and 4 resistors. You will need two STK392-120 Convergence ICs and four 6.8 ohm 1watt resistors. You can get replacement parts at the following link and they provide free instalation instructions so you can do the repair yourself. heres the link.

I have a philips 60PP9363H/17 and was told the convergence is probably out on it. I cannot seem to find the parts to fix this problem. Can anyone help??
