Just had this myself......the problem IS A BLOWN 15 AMP fuse INSIDE the microwave... you must FIRST make sure plug is UNPLUGGED....remove the 3 screws on back maybe 4 ??,,,then lift off the top and side panel...the fuse is located in the red wire behind the start button....GOOD LUCK !!
Your fuse is blown inside the microwave, it is a ceramic fuse. Unless you feel comfortable working with potentially lethal voltages, you might want to let a shop change it. Its pretty simple but there may be another problem causing the fuse to blow, such as a bad door switch which can arc and stress the fuse.You can probably buy another microwave for what a shop might charge for repairs..
