i dont if you mean your graphics card or you cant see it this might be a driver issue
Want to make sure your drivers are in place and no errors have occurred? Simply click start right click on my computer select properties then select device managerscroll to Display Adapters and click on the small "+" you should see the model of your PCI Express graphic card there. If there is a problem with it, a yellow exclamation mark should appear besides it. If you don't see it everything is OK and your card is working properly.
If your computer came with a motherboard disc the drivers could be on it
Click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to display adapters + to expand you might see a yellowquestion exclamation mark ? mark ! or a red x right click select reinstall drivers if you don

I am sorry i thoroughly checked ASUS website for those drivers they dont have audio drivers of it for windows 7, they only have for Windows XP upto 64 bit. Here is the link take a look.

the cheapest (10/100 around $30.00 us or less 10/100/1000 $50.00 us or so) & quickest would be go to a pci enet card and just skip the onboard altogether
You have to install lan card driver to show your lan connection.
Check the cable is connected both end properly and other end pc is connected modem or switch is turned on.
