Last set has error codes.
Message 3xx is interface problem. That is the communication from your printer to your computer. If this message exists and does not go away. You nned to check the connections to the computer hardware.

You could reset all the counters but you should call a proffessional with a good mantenance KIT, your copier probably needs it...

Are you sure no other device on your network has the same IP address? (Turn the copier off and trying pinging that IP address to make sure.)

Do you have the Ricoh 2022 driver installed? You can download it from Ricoh-USA.com if you don't have it.

You must have a Ricoh tech ID in order to download machine firmware. You can get the firmware from Ricoh's tech website, TSCWeb.net if you have a valid Ricoh ID.

the Ricoh web site will refer you to Apple site for 10.6 drivers, if you cant find them there you might be able to use an HP driver to print.

select your specific model of all-in-one printers, and download.

• Someone forgot to remove the toner
seal of the PCU
• ID sensor defective
• TD sensor abnormal
• Drum does not turn
• Development roller does not turn
• Poor connection of the PCU drum unit
Clean connector of TD sensor and
Try Change the development unit, adjust TD sensor.
Clean and you verify the connector of PCU.

Set a compatible IP address on machine:
"user tools"
"system settings"
"interface settings"
"IP address" (set compatible number)
"subnet mask" (set the right one)

Download driver if it's not done already, create the matching tcp/ip port, and continue with installation. Select "share this printer".
