I had the same problem, ended up I had to clean out the hose for the accessories...I found out how to do it by looking at the troubleshooting section of my owner's manual online at bissell.com. (Just type easy vac under troubleshooting and choose the instruction manual based on your model number). If none of these things work, you can always contact bissell at 1-800-237-7691. hope this helps!!

Bissell carpet cleaner does not suction

Hello, this is Ava with Think Crucial.

If the dust cup is too full, there is no space for the dirt to go when you are vacuuming. To fix this, remove the dust cup and empty the it. If your vacuum is still not picking up dirt after emptying the dust cup, there may be something blocking the airway. There are two places where you can check for a blockage: the dust cup air duct and the intake opening behind the brush roll. To check for a blockage in the dust cup air duct stand the vacuum upright and remove the dust cup. Now you can disconnect the super stretch hose and check for clogs in the air duct behind the dust cup. If that is not the case, to check for a clog near the roller brush lay the vacuum down. Next check the opening behind the brush roll for clogs. If there is debris, clean the opening with scissors, carefully cutting away any debris.
Uncleaned filters may also the reason why your vacuum has lost suction. To clean the foam and felt filters, remove the dust cup and pull out the two filters that are on the top of the motor base. Rinse the filters with lukewarm water until the water is running clear. Let the filters dry fully before putting them back into the vacuum. If your vacuum is still not picking up dirt, you may need to replace it.
Unfortunately, if none of the other solutions worked, your motor is going bad. Most of the time a new motor costs as much as the vacuum itself and it is not easy to replace the motor. It may be time for a new vacuum.

Bissell easyvac filters

Replace Filter
As you vacuum, dirt and debris are deposited in the Dirt Cup
while air passes through the filter before being returned to
the room. This process enhances the vacuum path while
dramatically reducing dust, dirt, and potential allergens from
the air you breathe. Replacing the filter periodically enhances
vacuum power and air quality. To replace the filter:
1. Remove the Dirt Cup.
2. Grasp the filter frame and pull it straight from the Cup.
Empty the Cup.
3. Replace the filter. Push new filter into place at the top of the
Cup, place the small tab at the bottom of the Cup into the
slot at the bottom of the Canister cavity, then press the upper
portion of the Cup into place until the lock button snaps
into place. Use only BISSELL Style 6, #32047 Filters
[package of 2] in your BISSELL EASY VAC™ Model 3101-0.
4. EASY VAC™PLUS Model #3102-0 features a high efficiency
3M Filtrete™ Filter. To keep your cleaner operating at peak
efficiency and to remove irritating allergens from your
home, you should change the FILTRETE™ filter every six
months. Use only BISSELL Style 6, #32046 Filters [package
of 2]. The cup-shaped filter lifts out from the top of the
Dirt Cup, and the new one fits into place.

Vacuum hose has little suction.

There is most likely a clog in the hose. If the hose has poor suction the foot probably has poor suction as well seeing that the hose is what gives the foot assy suction.

Bissell Lift Off pet revolution vacuum losing suction

You may have a clog in the hose. Unhook the hose and see how the suction is there, if ok, then check the dirt inlet by the brush roll. If suction is low at the hose, then there is a clog in it.
