G. E. .COM....appliance parts......if they can't.....It may not be repairable...I don't know what surface your refering too......but as my wife would say "SOMETIMES WE GOT TO THROW THINGS OUT.

these covers are made of a mica material; and tend to get grease-soaked from food splatter. this is where the microwaves pass through. if cover is burned, you will need to replace and clean greasy mess underneath. hopefully, the magnetron is not damaged.

Unfortunatey unless the unit is a high end oven by the time you pay for the parts and labor you could probably get a new one. Don't forget if you have to replace these parts already who knows what else is about to happen. I hope this helps you out.
