When I turn on my home theater samsung ht-txq120 he is given to me protecrion how i can fixed that ?

One or more of your speakers is probably shorted.
Carefully check ALL your connections and make sure there is no stray or loose copper, then try again.

If you get nowhere with this, then disconnect ALL speakers from the back of the system. If it still goes to Protection from there, the amp unit will have failed, and will require an engineer to fix.

Good luck!

How to delete protected images

If you want to delete everything on the card, the easiest way is to format the card. This will wipe out all images (and any other data as well) on the card, whether protected or not. The Format command is in the Setup menu. Details on page 32 of the manual.
To delete individual protected pictures, unprotect them first. From the Playback menu select Protect/Unprotect (the key icon). Details on page 84.

I dont know how to delete a protected picture off my canon power shot a470 camera. Can you help?

You have to unprotect it first. It's a bit confusing because the menu item probably only says "Protect..." but it also takes care of unprotecting too. Go into the menu for "Protect..." and navigate to the protected one. Whatever button you press to switch the protected status (it's the SET button on my Canon) you can use it to turn the protection off as well. When you exit the protection mode, you can delete it.

Deleting protected pictures

"Protecting Photographs from Deletion

In full-frame, zoom, and thumbnail playback, the button can be used to protect photographs

from accidental deletion. Protected files can not be deleted using the button or

the Delete option in the playback menu, and have DOS "read-only" status when viewed on

a Windows computer. Note that protected files will be deleted when the memory card is
formatted"

This is from the nikon website. You can down load the entire users manual here:

If i format the camera, will the labeled protected be erased?

Yes. The format operation will delete all pictures, protected or not. The protection only prevents accidental deletion via the delete button.

I downloaded some pictures to my school computer and now my camera won't take any pictures. Message is Memory card write protected.

SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.

If that doesn't work, try another card.
