Hi, I have a Miele Novotronic W1930 which I love. This morning I discovered a leak, on the lower left. The water is coming out of a drain/hose, to the left of the small door that allows to clean the inside of the filter compartment. I cleaned it and tried again. Still leaking. Not much, but enough to wet the floor around the machine. What can I do? Thanks. Ursula

From what you described it could be that your drain hose is cracked since it is bending on the inside of the machine when you push it in after draining the water.An other possibility could be a clamp failing or th connector on the drain pump that is cracked.
To solve the problem would be to dissmantel the machine to assess the machine on the in side for any devects.
One other thing to check for is the plug on the end of the drain hose,is it a tight fit because it it could be leaking at the plug.
If you think it is not tight enough use a cable tie to tighten it and see if the leak will stop.

deafenatly sounds like a blockage or remove soap dispensor and check that there is no damage below it
ie a crack in the plastic allowing water to escape
