Have just purchased a new LG TU550. For incoming calls, the ringtone starts off very quiet and gets louder and louder until it is answered. Is there any way of setting the phone to make the incoming ringtone volume a constant level rather than increasing.
Also is there any way to make a MP3 saved onto the phone the ringtone and can you increase the number of rings before the message bank picks up?
Kind regards

You have a problem with incoming calls geting loader go to your volume setings and reset for the other mp3 you cant go to nero and save as should convert from wav to mp3 or you can get a resnobale mp3 converter from a computer shop or down load wave converter i bought easy cd creator platnum it also converts wav to mp3 very easerly then image burn and a whole heap of others
If your phone is the black TU550, there is nothing you can do to change the volume at the start of an incoming call. The software is different to the silver TU550 (I have both phones and LG told me the differences) and the silver is the same level from the start to end of the ringtone.
It is possible to make a ringtone and set the volume louder for the first 10 seconds or so and then decrease it (Ringtone Media studio). Your ringtone needs to be less than 17 seconds though.
Hope this helps.
There are some settings in your handset -menu-profiles-select the current profile-than personalise-than click on tune set up, than u can select your mp3, you can select your tune mode/volume

Doesn't ring for long enough - can the number of rings be increased before it goes to voicemail?
