I hope you have your contacts backed up because there is no way to unlock it without performing a Hard Reset. First hold down both soft keys and the soft reset hole at the bottom by the memory card slot simultaneously. The soft keys are the 2 dots to the left and right of the D-pad. If you do it correctly, on-screen prompts will appear on a white screen, just follow it from there!

you will need to access the router setup and you will find the wireless password there. if you don't know the password to access the router then you will need to reset the router and reconfigure the router.
