I have a 10.1" zeki tablet quad core, and Ive only had it a week and it was working great and now the internet (wifi) is acting up. It shows me that its connected but it wont let me do anything that uses internet keeps telling the server is busy, now all of my other devices like the ps3 and laptop r working just fine so it has to be the tablet some help would be awesome
Power it up, then hold down the power button till it power off annd restarts.

Does the WiFi router have SSID? Did it ever connect to other WiFi Access Point before? If not some say to set the Tab on Static IP and configure the router to allow the Tab's MAC address. Hope it helps.

this problem allways shown when your tablet have lots cache file so plz update you tab or give small reset soft reset its totally easy just off your tab press down vol button and press home button and press power button after few secound you saw one blue screen shown and some option came 1<formet<2hdd recomded so plz press 1 when you press one you see you tab take some time and you seem few munite latter reboot it and your problem solved

I have the same issue. I called Zeki people and they wanted to charge me almost the same amount I paid for it to get a new screen. Apparently that is the most high tech part of the whole thing. I have ordered a tablet on ebay that was not working due to a faulty plug and I'm hopping I can swap them out. I can let you know how it works out if you haven't already bought a new one.
