I factory reset my zoom 606 pedal and aL is showing in display. How can I turn patches on

It sounds like you have accidentally set your Zoom 606 pedal to the "AL" patch. The "AL" patch is a special patch that allows you to access the pedal's internal settings and make adjustments.
To turn patches on, you will need to exit the "AL" patch and select a regular patch. Here's how to do it:
  1. Press and hold the "Program" button until the display shows "AL."
  2. Use the "Value" knob to select "P0."
  3. Press and hold the "Program" button again until the display shows "P0."
  4. Use the "Value" knob to select the desired patch.
  5. Press the "Program" button to exit the patch selection screen.
Your pedal should now be in the patch you selected. You can use the "Value" knob to adjust the settings for the patch as desired.
If you are unable to access the patch selection screen, or if the pedal is not functioning properly, you may need to reset the pedal to its factory default settings. To do this, press and hold the "Program" and "Value" knobs simultaneously for about three seconds until the display shows "F0." This will reset the pedal to its default settings. You can then follow the steps above to select a patch and make any necessary adjustments.

CVP-609 Digital Piano I have a Clavinova cvp 609. It is showing Internal Data Error on startup and will not turn on nor any buttons work.. have to unplug to turn off

the 100+ page manual has no words on data errors.
so no history told
when did it last work good.?
try unplugging it over night an retest.
the only 2 cures are:
1: buy there full shop manual and diagnose it.
2: get it serviced.
you-do-or they do.

Yamaha PSR S550B While ON power Disply showing lines

It's difficult to say exactly what could be causing the lines on the display of your Yamaha PSR S550B without more information. Here are a few things you can try that may help resolve the issue:
  1. Restart the keyboard by turning it off and then back on again.
  2. Check the connection between the keyboard and any external devices (such as a computer or amplifier) to make sure it is secure.
  3. Check for any visible damage to the keyboard or the display.
  4. Try pressing the "Reset" button (if your keyboard has one) to reset the internal settings.
  5. Check the owner's manual for any troubleshooting tips specific to your keyboard model.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, it may be a good idea to contact Yamaha customer support for further assistance. They will be able to provide you with more specific troubleshooting steps based on your particular keyboard model.

I have a yamaha psr 1100 show on display assertion failed

this is one of the most disturbing errors, the only easiest option is to replace the main motherboard, if you have a technician, check dry joints on the big ICs.

Try a factory reset.

Turn the unit on, and while the display says "Please Wait", press and release the Panic button. Press the right arrow button till the display says "Hard RESET". Press Enter, then the button under "Yes" in the display.

I refcently purchased a MR16 Fostex it comes on lights up and shuts down . What is possibly wrong ?

Power supply. Most likely an electrolytic is failing. It may or may not show any signs of it. Other possibilities are bad solder connections, loose wire connections, or possibly a bad MOSFET if it uses a switchmode power supply. Also check the general construction to make sure nothing is shorting internally. Sometimes wires get pinched.

After using sp/dif out, from EMu-PX7 to yamaha aw-160. Error message "wrong word clock"on yamaha, non-functional until px7 is connected via sp/dif, on, and fully booted up?

im not sure which item is displaying the error message, you werent too clear on that. i think that the yamaha is the one displaying the message.

what has happened is the unit having the error message set itself to use the other device's clock as a digital timing master. there is some way, inside the device in question, to go through the menues and find a selection for "clock source" . you want the "clock source" set to "internal" for it to operate independently.

if you tell me for sure which device is desplaying the message, i *might* be able to find out where in the menu you have to go to find the "clock source" selection, but, without a manual, it would be very hard for me to figgure it out for you. if you have a manual for the device, you need to search through it for the "clock source" menu feature. if you dont have a manual;, you would prolly have better luck searching for "clock source" in the menus then i would have locating a manual for you. its not impossible to find it fiddling through the menu, now that you know for what to look.
