Most new devices will need to be fully charged as the will self-discharge over time. Try plugging it into the power pack that it came with and see if that wakes it up from its slumber! If a full charge won't help, you may have a very rare DOA (Dead on Arrival). (Assuming you pressed the power-on button and otherwise followed the startup instructions)
Hi, Zeepads have an issue with powering on....when charging it is best to use the mains charging as it is more powerful....if you are sure they have been fully charged then try this:
Hold the power button down for about 2-3 minutes.
Listen for a small click.
Take finger off of power button and wait for about 30 seconds.
Hit the power button again.
Hopefully you should see the start up screen, post back with the results!
There are several things to remember when purchasing an universal tablet charger. 1. Check to ensure that it is the proper voltage. 2.Always maksure that it is of the same amperage as the one sold for that tablet. and 3. Check to be sure that the polarity is what your tablet is set to. Not all universal chargers use the same polarity, some have a negative ground while others may have a positive ground. If there is any doubt, always consult customer service or customer technical service for the tablet that you are using.
hold the power button down for 10-15 seconds to force a power off. When turning back on, hold the power button down until you either feel it vibrate or something comes up on the screen.
If you are still have a light indicator in the battery charge, you are in luck. Recharge completely your tablet before you trying to restart it. Once is fully charge, push the on and the volume button at the same time, but not for more than 5-6 seconds at the time, and not more often than every 20-30 seconds apart. Hold the volume button by the (-) side not the (+) side when you do that. It should restart the Wizard to reboot and get your tablet back on line...
