I having trouble tuning the headphones to any TV station. There is a lot of hum and static. I can barely hear the audio. I have tried plugging the power into a separate outlet from the Tv and VCR. But nothing helps. The tuner & reciever areĀ in the same the room with a computer, TV, VCR. What can I do?
I need more info on this. What type of tuner and receiver? Is the tuner plugged into the headphone jack on the tv? If you have a tuner for tv that tunes in channels 2,3,5,12,25,60 etc that would be an older tuner that used the older NTSC standard. Tv stations now broadcast using ATSC, channel 4,1, 4.2 etc.
SOURCE: can not connect
Power up headset. Press and hold the + and - Volume buttons until the red and blue lights flash . Your phone should now pair with the headset. For passcode I used 1234 and this worked.

SOURCE: hooking up wireless headphones into the tv
u have to split the signal by having both the tv and the headphones getting the input,as you're probably only have the audio cables going to the headphones. You need an audio splitting cable (it has 4 malle connections) so you can put 2 in the tv and 2 in the headphone base.

May not be your headset as the problem. Check you pc for mic level or plug another mic into it. If you have found this helpful or fixya, please post as such. For more help please go live
SOURCE: My microphone will not work, and my computer won't recognize!
Common problem with this headset.
In short, the wiring for the mic in the left earpiece is quite shoddy, and over time will be worn away by changing the mic position or come loose with minimal effort.
Have had a over a dozen of these fail in our internet cafe due to this issue after a couple of months use.
